• Lodge your visa application to Immigration New Zealand and fulfill the requirements of the Immigration Advisers Authority code of conduct. The above only applies when you sign a written agreement with us to use our services for your visa application.

We keep your information safe by storing it in encrypted files and in our password-protected online cloud storage and in the locked filing cabinets and only allowing the authorized staff to access it.

We keep your information for seven years at which point we securely destroy it by Securely erasing all digital documents and the shredded physical files.

You have the right to ask for a copy of any personal information we hold about you, and to ask for it to be corrected if you think it is wrong.
